About the Guelph (Health and Performance Centre) Clinic
Since 1998, Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates has proudly represented the Physiotherapy department at the University of Guelph’s Health & Performance Centre (HPC), delivering evidence-based care to varsity athletes, recreational athletes, active individuals, and members of the wider community.
Located in the J.T. Powell Building, next to the University of Guelph Athletics Centre, our clinic is open to students as well as the general public. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing pain, returning to sport, or looking to improve your performance, our experienced physiotherapists are here to help.
Our team has extensive experience in sport and orthopaedic rehabilitation and plays an active role both in the clinic and on campus. In addition to providing one-on-one physiotherapy care, our physiotherapists lead exercise and rehabilitation classes, support athletic programming, and contribute to teaching and education within the University of Guelph community.
As part of the Health & Performance Centre, our physiotherapists work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes orthopaedic surgeons, sport medicine physicians, athletic therapists, kinesiologists, strength and conditioning professionals, and other healthcare providers. This integrated approach allows us to provide comprehensive, coordinated care that supports every stage of recovery and performance.
Whether you’re a student, athlete, weekend warrior, or simply looking to move better, the Health & Performance Centre combines clinical expertise, collaborative care, and a strong connection to sport and education to help you achieve your goals.
