About Aayush Mehta
Aayush earned his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Keele University in the United Kingdom. He holds physiotherapy licensure in three countries — the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada — bringing that internationally trained background to his work with patients here at EPA.
Aayush works with patients to assess movement, strength, posture, and function, using that assessment to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal injuries and pain. He builds personalized rehabilitation and exercise programs that help patients recover after surgery, injury, or illness, and regain mobility, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Aayush sees patients at EPA’s Health and Performance Centre and Cambridge clinics, working with athletes, gym-goers, and desk workers, and is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi.
Away from the clinic, Aayush stays active with working out, swimming, and basketball, and enjoys hiking and travelling whenever he can.
