About Meera Bhatt
Meera earned their Bachelor of Physiotherapy from JG College of Physiotherapy in Gujarat, India in 2014, and completed further studies in Fitness and Health Promotion at Humber College in 2016. They have since completed additional training including Acupuncture (AA1), AIM Level 1, Pelvic Health Level 1 (the physical therapy approach to urinary incontinence), and a course on the evidence-based management of hip and lumbo-pelvic disorders.
Meera brings more than 12 years of experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation to EPA’s Cambridge clinic, where they lead the S.A.F.E. exercise classes. They focus on the shoulder, knee, and lower back and pelvic health, and their treatment techniques include acupuncture. Meera is fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.
When they’re not with patients, Meera enjoys travelling and spending time with family.
