Why Work With Us

A place to grow

For nearly 30 years, EPA has been physiotherapist-owned and operated. That means decisions are made by people who actually treat patients — and your voice matters in how care is delivered. Our turnover is low because we invest in our people through structured mentorship, paid learning time, and a culture where clinical autonomy is real, not promised.

Whether you’re a new graduate building your caseload, an experienced clinician ready to lead a specialty program, or someone working toward partnership — you’ll find clinical depth, supportive colleagues, and a real path forward.

Why Physios Choose EPA

Built around real practitioner careers

EPA is structured to support careers that go far beyond a caseload. Hourly compensation means no income lost to no-shows. A guaranteed first month while you build your base. Active referral pipelines that drive patients to your practice. And a real path to shareholder partnership for senior clinicians.

Caseload Stability

250+ new patients/month per clinic. Guaranteed first month while you build your base. Hourly comp — no income lost to no-shows.

Mentorship & Continued Education

Structured 1:1 guidance, weekly group rounds, and paid learning time — led by Kristin Long, McMaster faculty and AIM instructor.

Specialty Training Opportunities

In-house rounds in concussion, pelvic health, and pediatrics. We fund external courses and offer research stipends for publishable work.

Real Path to Ownership

Senior clinicians become shareholders and join the partner team — real equity, not a title. Rare in the physiotherapy industry.

Generous Benefits

$85k–$120k annually, $2,000 CE allowance, paid charting time, vacation growth, fitness allowance, and full benefits package.

Our clinics receive up to 250 new patients per month, so you build a full schedule quickly. We also guarantee your salary for your first month while you establish your patient base — there’s no pressure to perform on day one. Hourly compensation means you don’t lose income to no-shows or cancellations.

Every physiotherapist gets structured 1:1 mentorship built into their schedule, along with weekly group rounds and paid learning time — it’s not something you have to find time for around patient care. New graduates and residents receive additional supervision and dedicated time blocks for charting and mentorship as they build their caseload. We also fund in-house rounds and external courses in specialties like concussion, pelvic health, and pediatrics.

Full-time compensation ranges from $85,000 to $120,000 depending on experience and schedule, with paid charting time built into every shift. Benefits include a $2,000 continuing-education allowance, vacation that grows with your tenure, a fitness allowance, and a full benefits package with extended health coverage after three years with us.

There’s more than one path. Some of our physiotherapists focus purely on clinical work and building their caseload; others move into clinical education, program leadership, or a Clinic Director role. For senior clinicians, there’s also a real path to shareholder partnership at one of our locations — an equity opportunity that’s rare in physiotherapy.

Send your resume to hr@eramosaphysio.com. Current openings are listed on this page, but we’re always glad to hear from physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and support staff even if you don’t see an exact match for your background. If you need an accommodation at any stage of the recruitment process under the AODA, just let HR know when you reach out.
