About this Opportunity

Assess, diagnose, and treat sports-related injuries for athletes ranging from community to elite and varsity levels at the University of Guelph Health and Performance Centre. Role includes on-field coverage for OUA varsity, elite, and community teams.

Compensation $85,000–$120,000 with full benefits. August start date.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
  • Current independent registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a sports physiotherapist and/or on-field sports trainer
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Comfortable providing field coverage
  • Sport First Responder certification (required before providing sport coverage)
  • Sport certificate or diploma (asset)
  • AIM Level courses (asset)
  • Concussion courses and experience (asset)
