About Denise Mortley
Denise holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph (2005) and a Master of Health Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University (2007). She completed her Advanced Manual/Manipulative Therapy certification in 2012, along with training in Acupuncture (AFCI Level 1), Concussion Management, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Integrated Dry Needling, and Stecco Fascial Manipulation (Level 1).
Denise’s treatment techniques include acupuncture, integrated dry needling, and Stecco Fascial Manipulation, alongside vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management. Her clinical interests include the neck, thorax, and knee, and she has a special interest in sport and running injuries. Denise is based at EPA’s Health and Performance Centre.
Outside the clinic, Denise stays active with hiking, paddling, and camping, and enjoys travelling and crocheting in her downtime.
