Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Waterloo and works as a Client Experience Administrator at EPA’s Georgetown clinic.
Michele is often the first friendly face clients see, greeting and checking them in, processing payments, and answering phones, emails, and Teams messages. They also book appointments, submit benefits claims as needed, and help keep the clinic clean and well stocked.
