About Meera Senjaliya
Meera earned her physiotherapy degree from Srinivas College in 2009 and has since completed extensive post-graduate training, including APTEI Acupuncture and Dry Needling Level 1, orthopaedic manual therapy training (Levels 1 and 2, lower quadrant, with the Level 2 exam pending), a spinal manipulation masterclass with Dr. Lauri Hartman, and Pelvic Health Levels 1-3 through Pelvic Health Solutions.
As a rostered Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, Meera takes an evidence-based approach incorporating mobilization techniques, with specialized training in stress incontinence, prolapse, pregnancy-related pain, and postnatal care. She also has a special interest in low back injuries. Meera sees patients at EPA’s Georgetown clinic and speaks Hindi and Gujarati in addition to English.
Outside the clinic, Meera can be found playing badminton, travelling, and spending time with her two young children at home.
