About Julie Lawrie
Julie brings over 20 years of professional office administration experience to her role as Lead Client Experience Administrator at EPA’s Georgetown clinic. She has been a Georgetown resident since 2005 and is deeply embedded in the local community.
Julie keeps office and clinic operations at Georgetown running smoothly, shaping schedules and streamlining workflows to maintain efficiency and service quality. She’s there for clients with appointment booking, inquiries, and concern resolution, and keeps accounts payable and receivable on track, from invoice processing to payment tracking and account reconciliation. She also looks after third-party client relationships, including billing, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys going on long walks and playing ice-hockey.
