Our Guelph physiotherapy clinic, offers treatment, recovery and preventative programs for shoulder pain, low back pain, knee pain, pelvic pain, and more. Eramosa Physiotherapy Guelph first opened its doors in 1997. Being our original EPA clinic, the Guelph Physiotherapy clinic location, is still located in the Bullfrog Mall.

Our Guelph physiotherapy clinic boasts 3000 square feet and includes twelve private treatment rooms. A massage therapist is available four days a week, and our extended hours cater to individuals who work shifts.

In addition to offering physiotherapy and massage therapy, the Eramosa Physiotherapy Guelph Clinic has a convenient Health & Wellness Store. We have a variety of braces, tape, foam rolls, hot/cold packs, and exercise equipment available for purchase.

In addition to offering early morning and late evening appointments, we offer direct billing to most major insurance companies and welcomes WSIB and Motor Vehicle clients.

For your convenience, in addition to English, some of our team members are fluent in the following languages: French, Italian, Tagalog, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati.

Our Physiotherapy Services in Guelph

Our physiotherapists are skilled in a variety of treatment techniques including manual therapy, acupuncture, soft tissue release, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic health, and concussion management. We also offer the latest in therapeutic modalities including ultrasound, interferential current, TENS, muscle stimulation, and mechanical traction. Our Guelph location gym is spacious and equipped with the latest equipment including a treadmill, exercise bike, various resistance equipment, physio balls, and foam rolls.

David Ross

Registered Physiotherapist, PT, MScPT, hBSc, BA HS, FCAMPT, Clinic Director

Dave is a graduate of Queen’s and McMaster Universities. He has furthered his education through the manual therapy training levels 1-3, AFCI Acupuncture, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and Concussion courses. His treatment techniques include a combination of Manual Therapy, Soft Tissue Release, Acupuncture, and Functional Retraining through an Individualized and Comprehensive Exercise Program. Dave’s clinical interests include the neck, back, ankle/foot, vestibular, and sports rehab. Dave also has a special interest in international work and has volunteered to work in Kenya, Haiti, Uganda, and El Salvador. When he’s not at work, Dave can be found rock climbing, cycling, and snowboarding with his family.

Kristin Long

Registered Physiotherapist, BHSc (PT), BScHon (HK), MCISc, FCAMT, CAFCI, CGIMS, Partner, Certified Yoga Instructor, Education & Research Associate

Kristin is a graduate of the University of Guelph, McMaster University, and the University of Western Ontario. She is a partner of Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates. She has successfully completed her Advanced Manual Therapy Exam (FCAMPT), is a Co-Instructor with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s Orthopedic Division and holds a Professional Associate position as a Clinical Instructor with McMaster University. In addition, Kristin has furthered her education by completing Acupuncture (AFCI), McKenzie Part A, Concussion Management, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and a variety of other manual therapy courses. Through the University of British Columbia, Kristin has successfully become Certified in Gunn IMS, a specific intramuscular needling technique focusing on neuropathic assessment. She is a guest lecturer for the University of Guelph’s Clinical Biomechanics course, Injury & Prevention course and a co-instructor within the Anatomy in Motion course. Kristin continues to be involved with ongoing research projects through both McMaster and the University of Guelph. Her treatment techniques include the use of Manual Therapy, Specialized Exercise, Acupuncture and Gunn IMS. Her clinical interests include shoulder, hip, low back, thorax, neck, post-breast cancer, and vestibular rehabilitation.

Andrew Stolfi

Registered Physiotherapist, MSc (PT), BSc Hon (Kin), FCAMPT, IDN, CAFCI, Industrial Medicine Lead Associate

Andrew is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and D’Youville College in Buffalo. Andrew has furthered his education by successfully completing his Advance Manual Therapy Exam (FCAMPT) and Integrated Dry Needling certificate. He also has his AFCI Acupuncture Levels 1, 2A, 3A. Andrew leads Eramosa Physiotherapy’s Industrial Medicine Program. His treatment techniques include the use of Manual Therapy, Specialized Exercise, Soft Tissue Release and Acupuncture. His clinical interests include shoulder, ankle/foot, post-surgical rehab, Concussion Management, and sports injury rehab. Andrew is responsible for keeping all other staff up to date on Industrial Medicine. Andrew is also fluent in French and Italian.

Jacqueline Zwambag

Registered Physiotherapist, MSc (PT), BSc Hon (HK), IDN, Certified Pilates Instructor, EPA Shoulder Lead Associate

Jacqueline completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Guelph before earning her Masters of Physiotherapy from McMaster University in 2013. Committed to ongoing professional development, Jacqueline has completed Manual Therapy Levels 1–3 and successfully passed the Orthopaedic and Manual Therapy Intermediate Practical Exam. She has expanded her clinical expertise through the AFCI Level 1 Acupuncture course, Integrated Dry Needling course, the Lyn Watson Level 1 and 2 shoulder specialty courses, and the New Zealand Shoulder Certification Series. Her treatment approach blends manual therapy, specialized exercise, and soft tissue techniques to create individualized, effective rehabilitation plans. She has a particular clinical interest in shoulder conditions. Within her clinic, Jacqueline plays a key role in keeping staff up to date on the latest research and best practices in shoulder care. In addition to her physiotherapy practice, Jacqueline is a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor. She teaches group mat classes and offers personalized one‑on‑one Pilates sessions. She has also completed the Level 2 Pilates Reformer course and provides individualized reformer‑based training to help clients build strength, mobility, and confidence in movement.

Ashlea Masters

Registered Physiotherapist, MSc (PT), BAHSc (AT), Male Pelvic Health Associate Lead

Ashlea is a graduate of the MScPT program at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, Scotland and the Athletic Therapy program at Sheridan College in Brampton, Ontario. She is a Registered Orthopaedic and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. She has advanced her skillset by completing her Pelvic Health Levels 1-3, Male Pelvic Health, and Pregnancy, Postpartum & Pelvic Girdle Pain courses. Ashlea is working towards completing her Orthopaedic Division Manual Therapy courses. Ashlea is responsible for keeping all other Pelvic Health staff up to date on Male Pelvic Health concerns. Ashlea is passionate about empowering her clients to feel their best. She believes in engaging through meaningful communication and allowing each client the opportunity to share their individual story in order to create the most impactful clinical experience possible. Having been a national-level competitive figure skater, Ashlea understands the commitment and dedication to pursuing a goal. This has allowed her to greatly appreciate the time and effort her clients put into their individual rehabilitation journeys. When she’s not in the clinic, Ashlea enjoys spending time with her family and friends, getting outdoors to hike, ski, and figure skate, as well as taking time to relax with a cup of tea and a great book.

Bushra Makani

Registered Physiotherapist, BSc (PT), Shockwave Therapy Lead Associate

*Please note that Bushra is currently on maternity leave* Bushra graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from D.Y.Patil University, Mumbai, India in 2017. Over the years she has worked closely with various Physiotherapists in Rehab Clinics, long-term care centres and hospitals. She has completed training about the Canadian healthcare system, culture and context for practice from the University of Toronto. She has advanced her skills by completing her pelvic health level 1 course. Bushra values client-centred care and incorporates individualized rehabilitation depending on the patient’s goals. Her treatment involves education, manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and Kinesio-Taping paired with personalized exercise programs. She takes a keen interest in musculoskeletal orthopaedics and Pelvic health and plans to take manual therapy, acupuncture, and dry-needling courses in the future. In her free time, Bushra enjoys doing volunteering services, cooking, trying new cuisines and exploring nature or hiking trails. Bushra is also fluent in: Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi.

Jessica Gingrich

Registered Physiotherapist, MSc (PT), Pediatric Physiotherapy Lead Associate

Jessica is a Registered Physiotherapist and our Pediatric Physiotherapy Lead. She is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and McMaster University. Jessica has experience working with children with a variety of sensory and motor challenges. Jessica practices within a neurodiverse model, ensuring that every child receives personalized and effective treatment. Jessica also delivers pediatric pelvic physiotherapy services for children faced with bowel and bladder dysfunction. Jessica is dedicated to creating and nurturing a fun environment where children where kids can thrive and reach their full potential.

Hemaxi (Hena) Kosada

Registered Physiotherapist, MPT. Neuroscience

Hemaxi (Hena) Kosada is a dedicated physiotherapist with a diverse clinical background and a strong passion for research. She graduated from SNDT University with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and pursued her Master’s in Neuroscience at South Gujarat University. Her commitment to advancing the field of physiotherapy is evident through her publication in the Journal of Physiotherapy, where she explores topics close to her heart. With over four years of experience leading clinics in Dubai, Hena has specialized in treating a broad spectrum of patients, including athletes and those with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Her clinical practice has equipped her with extensive expertise in rehabilitation techniques tailored to meet the diverse needs of each patient. Hena is particularly enthusiastic about expanding her knowledge in pelvic floor rehabilitation and integrating cutting-edge research into her clinical practice. Her ultimate goal is to pursue a PhD, further contributing to the evolution of physiotherapy through rigorous academic inquiry and evidence-based practice. Hena is also fluent in: Hindi and Gujarati

“I am originally from Ireland, where I qualified as a Physiotherapist from Trinity College Dublin. Recently, I completed the Ontario Internationally Educated Physiotherapy Bridging Program at University of Toronto. I am passionate about helping people every day to reach their potential. I am an avid sports fan and I am kept very busy with my young family!” David has completed training for acupuncture and is now able to offer this service.

Tanvi Mangukiya

Registered Physiotherapist

Tanvi is a resident physiotherapist who graduated from Rajasthan University in 2018. With over three years of experience leading clinics in India, she has worked extensively with pediatric, geriatric, and pregnant clients for musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. She values client-centered care, emphasizing collaboration to ensure patients feel comfortable and empowered throughout their treatment. Tanvi uses a variety of treatment interventions, including education, manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and progressive exercises, to assist clients of all ages and fitness levels in achieving their wellness goals and promoting a pain-free society. Tanvi has further advanced her expertise by completing a Level 1 course in pelvic health.

Chelsi Ward

Resident Physiotherapist

Chelsi completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph before earning her Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Western Ontario. Alongside her studies, she was actively involved in intramural sports and volunteered her time working with children in both academic and athletic settings, including teaching swimming and volleyball. These experiences helped shape her love for supporting kids in their growth and development, both in movement and in life. As a former athlete, Chelsi understands firsthand the challenges that come with injury and recovery. She brings this perspective into her practice by combining her interest in orthopaedic rehabilitation with a patient-centered approach that tailors treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Chelsi believes in empowering her clients with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to manage their conditions independently over time, while providing expert guidance to help them move forward safely and effectively. In her free time, Chelsi enjoys exploring the outdoors, hiking new trails, and trying out new activities. She values movement as a cornerstone of wellness and strives to share that passion with her clients.

Trisha Kumar

Registered Physiotherapist

Trisha is a Registered Physiotherapist in both Canada and the Philippines. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in the Philippines and later moved to Canada, where she completed the requirements to become a licensed physiotherapist in Ontario. She also completed a Graduate Certificate in Exercise Science for Health and Performance at Niagara College. Trisha has experience working with a variety of musculoskeletal, post-operative, and neuromuscular conditions. She takes a patient-centred approach focused on clear communication, building strong rapport, and supporting patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals. She has a keen interest in pelvic health and concussion rehabilitation. When she’s not in the clinic, Trisha enjoys camping and spending time outdoors, as well as relaxing with mobile games in her downtime. Trisha is fluent in both English and Filipino.

Courtney Phillips

Physiotherapy Assistant

Courtney is a Physiotherapy Assistant who focuses on therapeutic exercise and helping patients improve their functional abilities. She works with a diverse population of clients and is committed to supporting individuals at all stages of recovery and movement. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph with a major in Biomedical Science, as well as a Master of Science from the University of Guelph in Biomechanics and Neuromuscular Physiology. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys staying active through sports such as golf, tennis, and hockey.

Qian McCann

Registered Kinesiologist

*Please note that Qian is currently on maternity leave* Qian is an Honour graduate of Redeemer University’s Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology program (2018). She then went on to further her studies at Niagara College, gaining a diploma in Exercise Science for Health and Performance (2020). Qian has worked with youth to geriatrics in a wide range of settings such as; sports camps, clinics, gyms and long-term care. Qian has developed a love for helping people return to their functional abilities, through exercise prescription, focusing on proper technique and individual rehab stage.

Taylor Soligo

Occupational Therapist

I graduated from Western University with a Masters of Occupational Therapy and have experience in varying areas including mental health, MVA, neurocognitive disorders and pediatrics. I pursued Occupational Therapy because of how broad the scope is and because I enjoy being able to help others live to their full potential in meaningful things they want to do or need to do when they did not think possible. I started out as an OTA/PTA and was dedicated to becoming an Occupational Therapist. In my free time I like to spend time with my family and friends, scrapbooking and being outdoors in the warmer months. I also have a pet dog named Lilly who I’ve had the joy of having for half of my life!

Marissa Hiller

Registered Massage Therapist

Marissa is a graduate of the Massage Therapy Program at Fanshawe College and has additional training in sport massage therapy. As a former competitive dancer, she has a strong appreciation for movement and understands the importance of maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle. Marissa is passionate about helping clients feel their best by supporting healing, enhancing performance, and preventing injury. She utilizes a diverse range of techniques to tailor each treatment to the individual, whether they are managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or seeking relaxation. Marissa is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every client. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking, staying active at the gym, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Fernando Camara

Fernando is a graduate from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2005. Over the last 17 years of treating Fernando has gained experience in many different clinical settings including. 2 Physiotherapy clinics, 2 chiropractic clinics and 2 spa type settings. Fernando has had the pleasure of treating different individuals from different walks of life. Conditions such as ALS, Cancer, MS. Along with soft tissue injuries are all in the realm of Fernando’s treatments. He provides a safe, comfortable atmosphere in which his clients are put first and communication is of the upmost importance. In his free time, Fernando enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Erin Grainger

Lead Administrator

Erin became a member of Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates in September 2023. Following high school, she earned her Certificate of Occupational/Physiotherapy Assistant from Conestoga College. With over fifteen years of experience as a Physio Assistant in both private practices and long-term care settings, Erin later transitioned into an administrative role. Known for her organization and motivation, she is dedicated to meeting the needs of every individual, ensuring a positive experience for all. Erin’s attention to detail and her ability to foresee client needs make her an invaluable part of the team. She resides in Guelph with her husband, two daughters, and their family dog. In her spare time, Erin enjoys puzzles, card games, golfing, watching NFL football, and trying out new baking recipes in the kitchen.

Holly Bignell-Stocco

Finance Manager

Holly joined Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates in 1998. Currently, as Finance Manager, she oversees all areas of finance and administration including payroll, accounts payable, cash management, inventory, banking, reconciliations, and payroll. Holly enjoys a number of things while working here, such as problem-solving, providing timely and accurate reports, and working as a team to grow the company. She loves spending time with her family. They love to be outdoors, especially camping and swimming in the summertime.

Jessica Dorado

Regional Administrative Training Coordinator

Jessica holds a degree in Geography from the University of Guelph and a diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts Management from George Brown College. She first joined EPA’s Bullfrog location in 2015 where she worked full-time reception for a year before going to pastry school. Jesica worked at the University of Guelph pastry kitchen where she focused on recipe development and ensuring smooth day to day operations. With the impacts of COVID-19 on the hospitality industry, Jessica excitedly rejoined the EPA team in 2020 at the Guelph Women’s Health location. Jessica is your main contact person for any booking and billing inquiries.

Sylvia Kalman

Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Sylvia graduated from the Gordon S. Lang School of Business at the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management. As EPA’s Marketing & Communications Coordinator, she oversees all areas of marketing and communication including social media accounts, website management, graphic design, and client email communication.
