Pelvic Floor and Core Workshop | April 26th, 10am-12pm
Be your own pelvic health guru and learn all you need to know about your pelvic floor and core. Take control of your disruptions, reduce symptoms and live in comfort! Common topics will be covered including diastasis recti, prolapse, incontinence, lower back pain, and more.
Attendees can feel safe to ask questions in an intimate-setting with no judgement.
Infant Motor Milestone Classes
Join our pediatric physiotherapists in Guelph for a fun and interactive 6-week Motor Milestone Class designed for babies 0-5 months as well as 5-9 months. From tummy time to side-lying play and rolling, we’ll help your little one build essential early motor skills in a supportive, expert-led environment!
