Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates (EPA) is hiring a Pediatric Physiotherapist to join EPA for Kids, our growing pediatric physiotherapy program. This is not a clinic that simply lists pediatrics as a service. We have babies, kids, teens, and families actively coming through our doors, including Mosa’s Milestones, a physiotherapist-led class where 5–8 babies, typically ranging from 4–12 months, come with their parents or guardians to learn, move, and play. 

Our pediatric space is designed to feel nothing like a typical workplace. Think toys, mats, movement, climbing, creativity, and a rock wall that makes treatment feel like play. You will have the tools, space, and team support to make sessions engaging for kids and rewarding for you.

What You’ll Do 

As a Pediatric Physiotherapist at EPA, you will assess and treat infants, children, and adolescents while partnering closely with caregivers to support progress at home, in the clinic, and in the community. 

• Conduct pediatric assessments, reassessments, and outcome measures. 

• Treat conditions such as developmental delays, torticollis, plagiocephaly, gross motor delays, coordination challenges, neurological conditions, orthopaedic injuries, sport-related injuries, and other pediatric musculoskeletal concerns. 

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient needs, and family goals. 

• Provide one-on-one treatment sessions using engaging, developmentally appropriate, and play-based approaches. 

• Complete timely documentation, reports, progress updates, and clinical correspondence. 

• Recommend equipment, adaptive strategies, and community resources when needed. 

Typical Pediatric Caseload 

This is an active pediatric program with real demand. Patient volumes may vary by clinic demand, location, and clinician availability, but pediatric physiotherapists may expect approximately 2–5 new pediatric-specific assessments per week. Our clinics will welcome up to 250 new patients per month, which helps create a stable referral base and the opportunity to build and maintain a strong caseload. For clinicians who enjoy variety, this also means exposure to a wide range of patient presentations while still being able to grow a focused pediatric practice. 

Who We’re Looking For 

• Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. 

• Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred, but strong interest and commitment to pediatric professional development will be considered. 

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage children and families with warmth, professionalism, and creativity. 

• Strong organization, clinical reasoning, and time-management skills. 

• Commitment to evidence-informed care, continuous learning, and positive team culture.

Full-tim/Part-time Orthopedic Physiotherapist at University of Guelph’s Health and Performance Centre  

The Health and Performance Centre at the University of Guelph is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sport Physiotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and coaches to provide high-quality sports physiotherapy services to a diverse population of clients, including: varsity, club, community athletes, and the weekend warrior. You will have the opportunity to treat athletes in a state-of-the-art sport medicine clinic and field-side. 

Responsibilities:  

• Assess, diagnose, and treat sports-related injuries and conditions across a variety of ages and skill-levels 
• Develop and implement treatment plans to aid in the recovery of injuries and conditions 
• Provide education and guidance on injury prevention strategies to athletes and teams 
• Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for athletes 
• Maintainaccurate and up-to-date client records. This includescommunicating injury and return to play status regularly to coaching staff  
• Provide field coverage for various varsity, OUA, elite and community teams  
• Develop partnerships with campus stakeholders and community teams 

Who We’re Looking For 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy  
• Current independent registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario 
• Minimum 1 year as sports physio and/or on field sports trainer 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and in a fast-paced setting 
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed 
• Comfortable providing field coverage for various teams and events 
• Sport First Responder certification is required prior to providing sport coverage  
• Sport certificate or diploma is an asset 
• AIM Level courses would be considered an asset 
• Concussion courses and experience would be considered an asset.
