We have been serving the Centre Wellington area since 2006. The clinic boasts a bright, spacious, open concept main treatment and exercise area as well as four private treatment rooms.

At EPA Elora physiotherapy  clinic, in addition to offering physiotherapy and massage therapy, the Elora location has a convenient Health & Wellness Store. We have a variety of braces, tape, foam rolls, hot/cold packs, and exercise equipment available for purchase.

In addition to offering early morning and late evening appointments, we offer direct billing to most major insurance companies and we welcome WSIB and Motor Vehicle clients.

Our Physiotherapy Services in Elora

Our therapists are skilled in a variety of treatment techniques including manual therapy, acupuncture, soft tissue release, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic health, and concussion management. We work with massage therapy on site to allow both health professionals to collaborate and provide the best possible patient care. We also offer the latest in therapeutic modalities including ultrasound, interferential current, TENS, muscle stimulation, electro-acupuncture, and mechanical traction. Our gym is spacious and equipped with the latest equipment including a treadmill, exercise bike, various resistance equipment, physio balls, foam rolls, and a TRX.

Jacqueline Sinkeldam

Registered Physiotherapist, MClSc, BHSc (PT), BSc Hon (HK), FCAMT, CAFCI, Senior Partner

Jackie is a graduate of the University of Guelph and McMaster University. She is the senior and founding partner of Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates, who has been providing excellence in physiotherapy and allied services for over 25 years. She has successfully completed her Intermediate Manual Therapy and Advanced Manual Therapy Exam (FCAMPT). In addition, Jackie has furthered her education by completing her Certificate of Acupuncture Foundation of Canada (CAFCI), Concussion Management, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and is known as a local Pelvic Health Care Leader. She has previously been a clinical instructor for McMaster University and continues to be involved with ongoing research projects through both McMaster and the University of Guelph. Her passion continues to be researching and developing physiotherapy programs to meet the needs of EPA’s clients. EPA’s physiotherapy programs are based on principles in Manual Therapy, Specialized Exercise, Soft Tissue Release, Acupuncture and other modalities. EPA prides itself in being a leader in shoulder, low back, knee, women’s health, concussion management, pelvic health, and vestibular rehabilitation. Jackie is readily found promoting physiotherapy and its benefits through speaking engagements in the community, providing entrepreneurial and business mentorship and volunteering her clinical physiotherapy skills to under-serviced community groups. She continues to live in Guelph with her husband Dean and now 4 adult children. If you see her running on the trails, she is likely lost, so give her some direction.

Meredith Fairbairn

Registered Physiotherapist, BSc, MScPT, FCAMPT, Clinical Director, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, TPI certified, Body Harmonics® Mat Pilates Instructor

Meredith is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University, where she competed as an NCAA Division 1 golfer and the University of Toronto where she completed her Physiotherapy degree. She has furthered her clinical skills by completing her Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, Orthopaedic Division. She also holds certifications in Acupuncture and Dry Needling, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and holds a certification through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). Meredith has also completed various courses in Pelvic Health focusing on the treatment of urinary incontinence, pelvic/pelvic girdle pain, pregnancy, and the use of fascial mobilization. Her treatment techniques include the use of Manual Therapy, Specialized Exercise, Soft Tissue Release, and Needling. Her clinical interests include musculoskeletal rehabilitation and pelvic health. Meredith has complemented her physiotherapy education by becoming a Body Harmonics Pilates Mat Instructor. Meredith teaches group mat Pilates classes at the clinic, as well as individual Pilates sessions. Utilizing her certification through the Titleist Performance Institute, Meredith also performs golf assessments for injury prevention and rehabilitation. In her spare time, you will see Meredith on the golf course, riding her bike, or in the gym.

Rachel Martin

Registered Physiotherapist, MSc (PT), BSc Hon (Kin), Body Harmonics® Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor

Rachel is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University and the University of Toronto. Rachel has furthered her education by completing her Manual Therapy Levels 1-3, and has successfully completed her Intermediate Manual Therapy and Manipulative Exam. She has also completed courses in Sports Physiotherapy Taping, Concussion Management, Vestibular Rehabilitation, AFCI Acupuncture Level 1, Shoulder Rehabilitation, Golf Fitness and Julie Wiebe’s “Piston Science” as it relates to the diaphragm and pelvic floor. Rachel has complemented her physiotherapy education by becoming a Body Harmonics® Mat Pilates Instructor and Reformer Teacher. She has also taken courses specializing in Pilates for the pelvic floor, pregnancy, and post-natal clients. Rachel teaches group mat Pilates classes at the clinic and individual Pilates Reformer sessions. Her treatment techniques include the use of Manual Therapy, Specialized Exercise, and Soft Tissue Release. Her clinical interests include shoulder, low back, concussion management, hip, and knee injuries.

Sara Riazi

Registered Physiotherapist, MSc (PT), MSc (Biomechanics), BSc Hon (Human Kinetics)

Sara is a graduate of McMaster University Masters of Physiotherapy program. Prior to this, Sara completed her Master’s of Science in Biomechanics and her Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph. Sara has furthered her education by taking a Soft Tissue Release course, Manual Therapy Level 1, Concussion Management, Vestibular Rehabilitation and Acupuncture. She plans on taking more courses in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling and Paediatrics. Her clinical interests include the shoulder, low back, sacroiliac joint and sports injury rehab. Outside of work, Sara enjoys cooking, baking, playing the guitar, and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Jessica Larson

Physiotherapist Resident, MSc (PT), BSc Hon (Kin)

Jessica (she/her) comes to us after completing her MScPT at Western University and BSc at the University of Guelph. She prioritizes a patient-centred approach, creating an inclusive environment and has a keen interest in getting you back to what you want to do. Her techniques involve a combination of hands-on techniques, specialized exercise programming and education. She has a special interest in pelvic health and will soon be taking her pelvic health level 1 to help those experiencing urinary incontinence. Dedicated to lifelong learning Jessica plans to continue developing her hands-on skills with further training in manual therapy and acupuncture. Having been a varsity swimmer and national lifesaving athlete she is no stranger to setting goals and looks forward to working with you to achieve yours. Whether that be walking further with the grandkids or running 10km. When not in the clinic, Jessica enjoys hiking, rock climbing, spending time outside as well as a good cup of tea and board games.

Shreya Patel

Resident Physiotherapist

Shreya is working as a resident physiotherapist in Canada since Oct 2022. She has completed a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy from Gujarat University, India. She has worked in Canada in multidisciplinary clinics, long-term care homes and home healthcare settings. Shreya also completed Fitness and Health Promotion course from Conestoga College in 2019, which helped her to enhance her knowledge of exercise and health promotion in the community. Her area of interest is MSK injuries and pelvic floor physiotherapy. She is planning to upgrade her knowledge of pelvic floor physiotherapy, acupuncture, and dry needling as well as manual therapies to help the community to get better. Her treatment includes education on the area of injury, therapeutic exercises, soft tissue techniques and manual therapy. She believes in the individualized focus of her clients and client-centred protocols. When Shreya is not working, she likes to spend time with family, cooking and listening to music.

Robin is a recent graduate from the University of Guelph, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics in 2021. In her spare time, Robin enjoys hiking, spending time with friends, going to the gym, and cooking.

Paul is a graduate of Darcy Lane Massage College in Massage Therapy. Paul lives in Centre Wellington with his wife Michelle and 2 growing children. Paul has hours in Elora on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Tanya Rempel

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

Tanya is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and has attained her certification in Massage Therapy from the College of Massage Therapy Ontario. She is trained in traditional Swedish massage as well as Trigger Point Therapy and Remedial Exercise. Tanya has acquired a certificate in Sports Massage Therapy and Hot Stone Massage. Tanya lives in Centre Wellington with her husband and is a busy mother of 4 children all involved in competitive sports. Tanya has hours in Elora on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday.

I graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BA in Psychology and Sociology and earned my Human Resources Management certificate from George Brown College.

Esther Fulford

Office Manager & Third Party Billing Expert

Esther graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1996 and has worked in both the private and public healthcare sectors for over 26 years. Esther joined EPA in 2021 after relocating to Guelph from Brampton with her 2 daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, hiking, camping and gardening in addition to being an amateur photographer.

Colleen Evans-Lehman

Client Experience - Receptionist

Colleen graduated from Georgian College in Orillia with honours and has worked as an Early Childhood Educator since June 2017. She first started working with toddlers and preschoolers at two childcare centres. Colleen moved to teach a school-age child by working at a before and after school program and currently pursuing her dream job by supplying at the School Board.  Colleen is originally from Saugeen Shores (Port Elgin)and was raised by her Grandparents. She enjoys spending time with her family, finding out about my ancestors on ancestry, traveling the world, and reading books. Fun fact – Colleen has travelled to 20 beautiful places by ship and by plane.

Sam Scroggie

Clinic Office Assistant

Sam graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Arts, and most recently received a diploma in Architecture Construction Engineering from Conestoga College. Sam is passionate about learning new things and is having fun in her pursuit of happiness. She is an Elora local and lives with her husband and King Shepherd. She enjoys collecting comics, and figures and if she’s not on her kayak you can find Sam focused on a new oil painting.

My name is Delaney Tone and I am from Arthur, Ontario. I am currently going into my third year of a BSc in Kinesiology at Queen’s University. Growing up I participated in various sports, and I want to maintain an aspect of this in my future career. I look forward to learning as much as I can from the EPA team and being a friendly face for all who visit us. In my free time, I am very involved in clubs and committees within my program, love reading, and get out on the ice or baseball diamond.
