Eramosa Physiotherapy Guelph first opened its doors in 1997. Being our original EPA clinic, the Guelph Physiotherapy clinic location, is still located in the Bullfrog Mall.

Our Guelph physiotherapy clinic boasts 3000 square feet and includes twelve private treatment rooms. A massage therapist is available four days a week, and our extended hours cater to individuals who work shifts.

In addition to offering physiotherapy and massage therapy, the Eramosa Physiotherapy Guelph Clinic has a convenient Health & Wellness Store. We have a variety of braces, tape, foam rolls, hot/cold packs, and exercise equipment available for purchase.

In addition to offering early morning and late evening appointments, we offer direct billing to most major insurance companies and welcomes WSIB and Motor Vehicle clients.

Our physiotherapists are skilled in a variety of treatment techniques including manual therapy, acupuncture, soft tissue release, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic health, and concussion management. We also offer the latest in therapeutic modalities including ultrasound, interferential current, TENS, muscle stimulation, and mechanical traction. Our Guelph location gym is spacious and equipped with the latest equipment including a treadmill, exercise bike, various resistance equipment, physio balls, and foam rolls.

David Ross

Registered Physiotherapist, MSc (PT), BA (HS), BSc Hon (Bio), Clinical Director

Dave is a graduate of Queen’s and McMaster Universities. He has furthered his education through the manual therapy training levels 1-3, AFCI Acupuncture, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and Concussion courses. His treatment techniques include a combination of Manual Therapy, Soft Tissue Release, Acupuncture, and Functional Retraining through an Individualized and Comprehensive Exercise Program. Dave’s clinical interests include the neck, back, ankle/foot, vestibular, and sports rehab. Dave also has a special interest in international work and has volunteered to work in Kenya, Haiti, Uganda, and El Salvador. When he’s not at work, Dave can be found rock climbing, cycling, and snowboarding with his family.

Kristin Long

Registered Physiotherapist, MCISc, BHSc (PT), BScHon (HK), FCAMT, CAFCI, CGIMS, Partner, Education & Research Associate

Kristin is a graduate of the University of Guelph, McMaster University, and the University of Western Ontario. She is a partner of Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates. She has successfully completed her Advanced Manual Therapy Exam (FCAMPT), is a Co-Instructor with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s Orthopedic Division and holds a Professional Associate position as a Clinical Instructor with McMaster University. In addition, Kristin has furthered her education by completing Acupuncture (AFCI), McKenzie Part A, Concussion Management, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and a variety of other manual therapy courses. Through the University of British Columbia, Kristin has successfully become Certified in Gunn IMS, a specific intramuscular needling technique focusing on neuropathic assessment. She is a guest lecturer for the University of Guelph’s Clinical Biomechanics course, Injury & Prevention course and a co-instructor within the Anatomy in Motion course. Kristin continues to be involved with ongoing research projects through both McMaster and the University of Guelph. Her treatment techniques include the use of Manual Therapy, Specialized Exercise, Acupuncture and Gunn IMS. Her clinical interests include shoulder, hip, low back, thorax, neck, post-breast cancer, and vestibular rehabilitation.

Andrew Stolfi

Registered Physiotherapist, MSc (PT), BSc Hon (Kin), FCAMPT, IDN, CAFCI, Industrial Medicine Associate Lead

Andrew is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and D’Youville College in Buffalo. Andrew has furthered his education by successfully completing his Advance Manual Therapy Exam (FCAMPT) and Integrated Dry Needling certificate. He also has his AFCI Acupuncture Levels 1, 2A, 3A. Andrew leads Eramosa Physiotherapy’s Industrial Medicine Program. His treatment techniques include the use of Manual Therapy, Specialized Exercise, Soft Tissue Release and Acupuncture. His clinical interests include shoulder, ankle/foot, post-surgical rehab, Concussion Management, and sports injury rehab. Andrew is responsible for keeping all other staff up to date on Industrial Medicine.

Nicole Watson

Registered Physiotherapist, BHSc (PT), HBSc, Pelvic Health Associate Lead

Nicole is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and McMaster University. Nicole has furthered her education by completing Manual Therapy Levels 1-5, Pelvic Health Levels 1-4, and other courses related to incontinence, perineal pain, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy, bowel dysfunction and low back/pelvic girdle pain. She has become EPA’s clinical leader in our Pelvic Health Program. Her treatment techniques include the use of Manual Therapy, Specialized Exercise, and Soft Tissue Release. Her clinical interests include low back, hip, women’s health, chronic pain, and pelvic health. Nicole is responsible for keeping all other pelvic health staff up to date on Pelvic concerns.

Michelle Lumasag

Registered Physiotherapist, BHSc (PT)

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Physical Therapy from Velez College Cebu, Philippines and Thompson Rivers University-OL in British Columbia. With years of orthopedic and pelvic health practice, Michelle believes in an evidence-based approach to treatment and she incorporates a broad range of manual therapy skills, modalities including taping/acupuncture, exercise prescription, patient education and specialized pelvic health training which includes the biopsychosocial framework. She is passionate about lifelong learning through ongoing post-graduate clinical courses and conferences to provide the very best care to her patients. Her clinical interests lie in back, shoulder, surgical rehabilitation and male/female pelvic floor dysfunction.

Jacqueline Zwambag

Registered Physiotherapist, MSc (PT), BSc Hon (HK), Shoulder Lead

Jacqueline is a graduate of the University of Guelph and McMaster University. Jacqueline has developed her skills through the completion of Manual Therapy Levels 1-3 and is working towards a diploma in advanced manual and manipulative therapy. She has also furthered her education by completing AFCI Level 1 Acupuncture course, and Lyn Watson Level 1 and 2 shoulder specialty courses. Her treatment techniques include the use of Manual Therapy, Specialized Exercise, and Soft Tissue Release. Her clinical interests include shoulder, low back, knee, and sports injury rehab. Jacqueline is responsible for keeping all other staff up to date on shoulder concerns.

Ashlea Masters

Registered Physiotherapist, MScPT, BAHSc (AT), Male Pelvic Health Associate Lead

Ashlea is a graduate of the MScPT program at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, Scotland and the Athletic Therapy program at Sheridan College in Brampton, Ontario. She is a Registered Orthopaedic and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. She has advanced her skillset by completing her Pelvic Health Levels 1-3, Male Pelvic Health, and Pregnancy, Postpartum & Pelvic Girdle Pain courses. Ashlea is working towards completing her Orthopaedic Division Manual Therapy courses. Ashlea is responsible for keeping all other Pelvic Health staff up to date on Male Pelvic Health concerns. Ashlea is passionate about empowering her clients to feel their best. She believes in engaging through meaningful communication and allowing each client the opportunity to share their individual story in order to create the most impactful clinical experience possible. Having been a national-level competitive figure skater, Ashlea understands the commitment and dedication to pursuing a goal. This has allowed her to greatly appreciate the time and effort her clients put into their individual rehabilitation journeys. When she’s not in the clinic, Ashlea enjoys spending time with her family and friends, getting outdoors to hike, ski, and figure skate, as well as taking time to relax with a cup of tea and a great book.

Bushra Makani

Registered Physiotherapist, BSc PT

Bushra graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from D.Y.Patil University, Mumbai, India in 2017. Over the years she has worked closely with various Physiotherapists in Rehab Clinics, long-term care centres and hospitals. She has completed training about the Canadian healthcare system, culture and context for practice from the University of Toronto. She has advanced her skills by completing her pelvic health level 1 course. Bushra values client-centred care and incorporates individualized rehabilitation depending on the patient’s goals. Her treatment involves education, manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and Kinesio-Taping paired with personalized exercise programs. She takes a keen interest in musculoskeletal orthopaedics and Pelvic health and plans to take manual therapy, acupuncture, and dry-needling courses in the future. In her free time, Bushra enjoys doing volunteering services, cooking, trying new cuisines and exploring nature or hiking trails.

Shreya Patel

Registered Physiotherapist, BSc PT

Shreya is working as a resident physiotherapist in Canada since Oct 2022. She has completed a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy from Gujarat University, India. She has worked in Canada in multidisciplinary clinics, long-term care homes and home healthcare settings. Shreya also completed Fitness and Health Promotion course from Conestoga College in 2019, which helped her to enhance her knowledge of exercise and health promotion in the community. Her area of interest is MSK injuries and pelvic floor physiotherapy. She is planning to upgrade her knowledge of pelvic floor physiotherapy, acupuncture, and dry needling as well as manual therapies to help the community to get better. Her treatment includes education on the area of injury, therapeutic exercises, soft tissue techniques and manual therapy. She believes in the individualized focus of her clients and client-centred protocols. When Shreya is not working, she likes to spend time with family, cooking and listening to music.

Shruti Nambiar

Registered Physiotherapist, BSc PT

Shruti Nambiar has completed her Masters in Clinical Sports Physiotherapy from Curtin University, Australia. She has 7+ years of experience working at private clinics, sports teams(Indian Senior & U-17 Women’s National Football Teams) and other sports tournaments. Her areas of interest are ankle sprains, tendinopathies, chronic back pain, muscle strains and promoting evidence-based practice.

Jessica Gingrich

Registered Physiotherapist, MSc (PT), BSc Hon Kin

Jessica Gingrich is a Physiotherapy Resident with a keen interest in pediatric physiotherapy. Jessica is especially interested in motor development and is passionate about helping kids meet motor milestones. Jessica has taken additional training in pediatric assessment and treatment, including Dynamic Core for Kids

Leah Millson

Registered Kinesiologist & Clinical Kin Trainer BSc (H.K.)

Leah is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours in Kinesiology & Physical Education and a Post-Graduate certificate in Exercise Science & Lifestyle Management from Humber College. In 2019, Leah became a Registered Kinesiologist and was quickly recruited onto the Eramosa Physiotherapy team in December 2019. She has since enhanced her education with training in pelvic health therapy, Bone Fit osteoporosis training, GLA:D certification, concussion prevention and baropodometry. Leah’s clinical interests lie in the foot and ankle, low back, shoulder, knee, central nervous system awareness and post-trauma. She has firm knowledge on postural re-alignment and education. Leah coaches our GLA:D osteoarthritis and Bone Fit osteoporosis therapeutic exercise classes. It is with great excitement that she plans to help launch a pelvic health fitness class in the coming future. Leah strives to assist the improvement of individuals’ functional abilities and confidence with a positive attitude and approachable teaching style. Through therapeutic exercise, Leah helps patients connect with their own proprioceptive awareness and relationship with their central nervous system to support a safe recovery during their time spent at EPA. In her own time, Leah continues to practice her exercise routines by frequently attending the gym, competing in her equestrian sports with her horse, Jack, and taking part in the farming and agriculture roles that she has at home.

Alan Sze

Registered Kinesiologist, BSc (H.K.)

Alan is a graduate of the University of Toronto Bachelor of Physical Education, and a Diploma of Sports Injury Management from Sheridan College. Alan is a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. He is also a Certified Athletic Therapist. Alan has over 15 years of experience working in multiple settings, including private clinics, hospitals, industrial companies, and sports teams. His passion is helping people reach their goals, whether returning to work pain-free, improving strength for a specific sport, or trying to play with your kids without pain! He will tailor your exercise program toward your goals. In addition to Alan’s post-secondary education, Alan has taken many courses to further his education, including, Concussion assessment/management, GLAD – exercise and management for hip/knee osteoarthritis, Ergonomic office/job site assessments, Job demands analysis, and dynamic taping. One of Alan’s professional highlights was working as part of the medical staff at the 2015 Toronto Pan-Am games. In his spare time, he enjoys watching and playing many sports and spending time with his family.

Marissa Hiller

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

Marissa practices at the Bullfrog Mall location and is a graduate of the Fanshawe College Massage Therapy Program. Her clinical interests include pregnancy massage, injury rehabilitation, and massage for mental health. During her two years of education, Marissa gained experience working along side the Fanshawe College Falcons basketball team, the London Blizzard Invitational Sledge Hockey Tournament, as well as several retirement homes and Fanshawe’s student-run clinic, where she learned clinical massage for the general population. Growing up as a competitive dancer, Marissa is a strong advocate for a healthy lifestyle, promoting healing, improving performance, and injury prevention. She uses her diverse and dynamic techniques to maintain good health and restore the general function of the human body. She is currently working towards gaining additional training to further grow her practice.

Fernando Camara

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

Fernando is a graduate from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2005. Over the last 17 years of treating Fernando has gained experience in many different clinical settings including. 2 Physiotherapy clinics, 2 chiropractic clinics and 2 spa type settings. Fernando has had the pleasure of treating different individuals from different walks of life. Conditions such as ALS, Cancer, MS. Along with soft tissue injuries are all in the realm of Fernando’s treatments. He provides a safe, comfortable atmosphere in which his clients are put first and communication is of the upmost importance. In his free time, Fernando enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Mona Kambo

Registered Massage Therapist

Mona is a Graduate of Medix College(Brampton). Her passions within the Massage Therapy scene include- relieving stress, muscle strengthening, range of motion, muscle soreness and many more. She has various plans for her future- like helping sports athletes with recovery. She cares for her clients and compassionate therapist who helps clients achieve balance and relieve pain & tension and live their lives without any discomfort. While in the Therapeutic treatment, she is very happy and makes the client feel very comfortable, making the whole session feel relaxing. When Mona has a day off/free time she likes to go for walks & do Yoga, cook for her family and go out for some family time.

Holly Bignell-Stocco

Finance Manager

Holly joined Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates in 1998. Currently, as Finance Manager, she oversees all areas of finance and administration including payroll, accounts payable, cash management, inventory, banking, reconciliations, and payroll. Holly enjoys a number of things while working here, such as problem-solving, providing timely and accurate reports, and working as a team to grow the company. She loves spending time with her family. They love to be outdoors, especially camping and swimming in the summertime.

Jessica Dorado

Regional Administrative Training Coordinator

Jessica holds a degree in Geography from the University of Guelph and a diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts Management from George Brown College. She first joined EPA’s Bullfrog location in 2015 where she worked full-time reception for a year before going to pastry school. Jesica worked at the University of Guelph pastry kitchen where she focused on recipe development and ensuring smooth day to day operations. With the impacts of COVID-19 on the hospitality industry, Jessica excitedly rejoined the EPA team in 2020 at the Guelph Women’s Health location. Jessica is your main contact person for any booking and billing inquiries.

Erin Grainger

Lead Admin

Erin joined Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates in September of 2023. She graduated from Conestoga College after high school with a Certificate of Occupational/Physiotherapy Assistant. After working in both private and long-term care for 15+ years as a Physio Assistant, she then turned to Administration. She is a highly organized and motivated individual and strives to ensure each person’s needs are met. Her keen sense of detail, and ability to anticipate the needs of all clients will make sure you have a positive experience from start to finish. Erin lives in Guelph with her husband and two daughters, and family dog. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, golfing, watching NFL football and experimenting in the kitchen with new baking recipes.

Tracy is thrilled to join the EPA team!  She has dedicated the last seven years to a healthcare setting and is excited to continue her journey in supporting others to achieve their health, mobility and wellness goals.  Tracy is a new resident of the Guelph area where she lives with her husband and adorable golden doodles.  She is a proud Mom of two grown children and spends her spare time with her family.

Emily joined the EPA team in 2020. As a Marketing & Communications Coordinator, she oversees all areas of marketing and communication including social media accounts, website management, client relationship management, graphic design and client email communication. Emily enjoys seeing the engagement and interaction from our followers, and clients and getting the word out that EPA is here to help you on Your Path to Improved Health. Emily holds two diplomas an Ontario College Diploma in Business Marketing and an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Environmental Technology. Emily loves outback camping, gardening, hiking, and hanging out with her family.
