The clinic boasts a bright, spacious, open-concept main treatment and exercise area as well as four private treatment rooms. At EPA Elora physiotherapy  clinic, in addition to offering physiotherapy and massage therapy, the Elora location has a convenient Health & Wellness Store. We have a variety of braces, tape, foam rolls, hot/cold packs, and exercise equipment available for purchase.

In addition to offering early morning and late evening appointments, we offer direct billing to most major insurance companies and we welcome WSIB and Motor Vehicle clients.

For your convenience, in addition to English, certain members of our team are fluent in the following languages: French and Persian.

Our Physiotherapy Services in Elora

Our therapists are skilled in a variety of treatment techniques including manual therapy, acupuncture, soft tissue release, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic health, and concussion management. We work with massage therapy on site to allow both health professionals to collaborate and provide the best possible patient care. We also offer the latest in therapeutic modalities including ultrasound, interferential current, TENS, muscle stimulation, electro-acupuncture, and mechanical traction. Our gym is spacious and equipped with the latest equipment including a treadmill, exercise bike, various resistance equipment, physio balls, foam rolls, and a TRX.

Jacqueline Sinkeldam

Registered Physiotherapist, BHSc (PT), BSc Hon (HK), MClSc, FCAMT, CAFCI, Senior Partner

Jackie is a graduate of the University of Guelph and McMaster University. She is the senior and founding partner of Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates, who has been providing excellence in physiotherapy and allied services for over 25 years. She has successfully completed her Intermediate Manual Therapy and Advanced Manual Therapy Exam (FCAMPT). In addition, Jackie has furthered her education by completing her Certificate of Acupuncture Foundation of Canada (CAFCI), Concussion Management, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and is known as a local Pelvic Health Care Leader. She has previously been a clinical instructor for McMaster University and continues to be involved with ongoing research projects through both McMaster and the University of Guelph. Her passion continues to be researching and developing physiotherapy programs to meet the needs of EPA’s clients. EPA’s physiotherapy programs are based on principles in Manual Therapy, Specialized Exercise, Soft Tissue Release, Acupuncture and other modalities. EPA prides itself in being a leader in shoulder, low back, knee, women’s health, concussion management, pelvic health, and vestibular rehabilitation. Jackie is readily found promoting physiotherapy and its benefits through speaking engagements in the community, providing entrepreneurial and business mentorship and volunteering her clinical physiotherapy skills to under-serviced community groups. She continues to live in Guelph with her husband Dean and now 4 adult children. If you see her running on the trails, she is likely lost, so give her some direction.

Nicole Watson

Registered Physiotherapist, BHSc (PT), HBSc, Pelvic Health Lead Associate

Nicole is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and McMaster University. Nicole has furthered her education by completing Manual Therapy Levels 1-5, Pelvic Health Levels 1-4, and other courses related to incontinence, perineal pain, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy, bowel dysfunction and low back/pelvic girdle pain. She has become EPA’s clinical leader in our Pelvic Health Program. Her treatment techniques include the use of Manual Therapy, Specialized Exercise, and Soft Tissue Release. Her clinical interests include low back, hip, women’s health, chronic pain, and pelvic health. Nicole is responsible for keeping all other pelvic health staff up to date on Pelvic concerns.

Brett Lyons

Registered Physiotherapist, BSc (PT), M.Manual Therapy, FCAMPT, GIMS, Partner

Brett is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and the University of Western Australia. With over 24 years of passion for physiotherapy, Brett continues to create teams of physiotherapists to develop evidence-based programs of physiotherapy services. Brett has furthered his education by completing his M.Manual Therapy, Sport First Responder, Vestibular Rehab, Acupuncture (Level 1), Concussion Management, and Mulligan Techniques, just to name a few. His treatment techniques include the use of Manual Therapy, Specialized Exercise, Acupuncture, and Soft Tissue Release. His clinical interests include shoulder, low back, knee, sport injury rehab, and concussion management.

Jessica Gingrich

Registered Physiotherapist, MSc (PT), Pediatric Physiotherapy Lead

Jessica is a Registered Physiotherapist and our Pediatric Physiotherapy Lead. Jessica has experience working with children with a variety of sensory and motor challenges. Jessica practices within a neurodiverse model, ensuring that every child receives personalized and effective treatment. Jessica also delivers pediatric pelvic physiotherapy services for children faced with bowel and bladder dysfunction. Jessica is dedicated to creating and nurturing a fun environment where children where kids can thrive and reach their full potential.

Physiotherapy Assistant and Occupational Therapy Assistant

I’m Matthew, and I am a Physiotherapy Assistant and Occupational Therapy Assistant. I graduated in 2024 and have been working in the field for the past year, supporting individuals in their recovery and helping them improve their quality of life. I am passionate about promoting functional independence and fostering meaningful relationships with my clients. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, baking, and going for hikes.

Jane Way

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

Jane is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. She is a compassionate massage therapist with over ten years of experience, and is deeply committed to promoting wellness through the power of touch. Jane can assist with treating musculoskeletal related injuries and provide pain relief using a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue work, dynamic stretching, myofascial release, joint mobilizations and cupping. Jane has a wide range of clinical experience from working in a multi-disciplinary clinic throughout her career. She integrates her skills and training to optimize her clients’ health and to ensure a proper treatment plan to ensure it meets her clients’ unique needs. When not working Jane loves to travel and spend time outdoors! Jane has hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Paul is a graduate of Darcy Lane Massage College in Massage Therapy. Paul lives in Centre Wellington with his wife Michelle and 2 children. Paul has hours in Elora on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Kelly Witherow

Osteopath Manual Practitioner, DO(MP), OMP

Kelly’s passion for movement and sports—mountain biking, snowboarding, and golfing—sparked her journey into osteopathy. Experiencing injuries firsthand inspired her to help others recover, move better, and reach their full potential. With over two decades of clinical experience in massage and osteopathy and more than 10 years of osteopathic education across Ontario and British Columbia, Kelly specializes in sports rehabilitation. She trained at the Canadian College of Osteopathy, The School of Osteopathy Vancouver, and the Ontario College of Osteopathy, gaining a strong, multidisciplinary foundation in manual osteopathic practice. She combines evidence-informed hands-on techniques with a deep understanding of the body’s interconnected systems to restore mobility, reduce pain, and optimize performance. Clinics where Kelly has practiced include The Health and Performance Centre at the University of Guelph and the Chilliwack Sports Medicine Clinic in British Columbia. She is registered with the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO) and a member of the Osteopathic International Alliance (OIA). Her goal is simple: help clients regain strength, improve function, and confidently return to the activities they love.

Kristina Huebner

Lead Administrator

Kristina has extensive knowledge in manual therapy coming from a Registered Massage Therapy background. Sadly, due to a car accident in 2020 that ended her career, she has moved behind the desk! She has always had a passion to help others in their healthcare journey even from an admin standpoint. She is always willing to answer any questions to the best of her knowledge. She is very happy to be more involved in the community as she moved to Fergus in 2021 and, will continue to greet everyone with a smile that comes through the clinic!
