Are you looking to get back into the gym but are not sure where to start? Do you have a diagnosis of osteopenia/osteoporosis? Our STRONG class might be the perfect fit in your fitness routine.
STRONG is a program that has been designed by healthcare professionals to give you the full body strength and confidence that you can use to help get you into the gym.
An assessment by one of our Physiotherapists is needed prior to participation in the class. The Physiotherapist will ensure that the class is appropriate as part of the treatment plan.
Ideal for post-physiotherapy, this program offers 2 weekly, 60-minute sessions to improve full-body strength and balance. Supervised by a Registered Physiotherapist or Exercise Therapist, you’ll gain confidence and ease back into daily tasks and exercises.
About the STRONG class

What to expect from your Eramosa STRONG experience
Path to Improved Health is the framework every Eramosa patient follows. We’ve used it to guide assessment, treatment, and recovery since 1997 — and it’s how we make sure nothing about your care is left to chance.
Starting in the right place
We start by understanding where you are now — your history, your goals, and what you want to get back to — so the programme is pitched at the right level for you from the first session.
Guided sessions
Sessions are guided throughout. Technique is coached, exercises are adjusted as you go, and the level is set so that it challenges you without putting you at risk.
Progressing your program
As you build strength and confidence your exercises progress. STRONG is designed to leave you with something you can carry on with independently.
