About this Opportunity

EPA is seeking an OT to support both adult and pediatric clients across our clinics. Adult focus includes WSIB Trillium Specialty Program support with functional testing and return-to-work planning.

Pediatric focus includes sensory needs, fine motor development, autism intervention, regulation, and toileting. Flexible in-person and virtual options with a strong, consistent referral base.

  • Adult OT: WSIB Trillium Specialty Program — functional testing, treatment, exercise therapy, return-to-work planning
  • Pediatric OT: sensory needs, fine motor development, autism intervention, picky eating, regulation, toileting
  • Conduct in-person and virtual assessments and treatments
  • Collaborate with physiotherapy and interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Occupational Therapy
  • Membership (or eligibility) with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Experience managing return-to-work plans (asset)
  • Experience with WSIB and Motor Vehicle Accident clients (asset)
  • Love and experience working with children and families
  • Minimum 1 year OT experience (preferred)
