About Erin Grainger
Erin holds a Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy Assistant Diploma from Conestoga College in Kitchener, Ontario.
Erin brings over 15 years of physiotherapy assistant experience to the role, having moved into clinic administration when they joined EPA’s Guelph clinic in September 2023. As Lead Client Experience Administrator, Erin keeps the clinic running smoothly, from day-to-day operations to billing for private and third-party accounts, while guiding and supporting the clinic’s administrative staff.
Outside of work, Erin stays active with golfing, hiking, and camping, and likes to unwind with canoeing and puzzling in her downtime.
