The original EPA clinic, established in 1997, is still located in the Bullfrog Mall, at Eramosa Road and Stevenson Street. The clinic boasts 3000 square feet and includes four private treatment rooms. A massage therapist is available four days a week, and our extended hours cater to individuals who work shifts. Our therapists are skilled in a variety of treatment techniques including manual therapy, acupuncture, soft tissue release, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic health, and concussion management. We also offer the latest in therapeutic modalities including ultrasound, interferential current, TENS, muscle stimulation, and mechanical traction. Our gym is spacious and equipped with the latest equipment including a treadmill, exercise bike, various resistance equipment, physio balls, and foam rolls. In addition to offering physiotherapy and massage therapy, the Bullfrog Mall location has a convenient Health & Wellness Store. We have a variety of braces, tape, foam rolls, hot/cold packs, and exercise equipment available for purchase. We offer early morning and extended evening hours Monday-Friday to accommodate with busy schedules. Kristin is a graduate of the University of Guelph, McMaster University, and the University of Western Ontario. She is a partner of Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates. She has successfully completed her Advanced Manual Therapy Exam (FCAMPT), is a Co-Instructor with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s Orthopedic Division and holds a Professional Associate position as a Clinical Instructor with McMaster University. In addition, Kristin has furthered her education by completing Acupuncture (AFCI), Concussion Management, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and a variety of other manual therapy courses. Through the University of British Columbia, Kristin has successfully become Certified in Gunn IMS, a specific intramuscular needling technique focusing on neuropathic assessment. She is a guest lecturer for the University of Guelph’s Clinical Biomechanics course, Injury & Prevention course and a co-instructor within the Anatomy in Motion course. Kristin continues to be involved with ongoing research projects through both McMaster and the University of Guelph. Her treatment techniques include the use of Manual Therapy , Specialized Exercise, Acupuncture and Gunn IMS. Her clinical interests include shoulder, hip, low back, thorax, neck, post-breast cancer, and vestibular rehabilitation.

Andrew is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and D’Youville College in Buffalo. Andrew has furthered his education by successfully completing his Advance Manual Therapy Exam (FCAMPT) and Integrated Dry Needling certificate. He also has his AFCI Acupuncture Levels 1, 2A, 3A. Andrew leads Eramosa Physiotherapy’s Industrial Medicine Program. His treatment techniques include the use of Manual Therapy, Specialized Exercise, Soft Tissue Release and Acupuncture. His clinical interests include shoulder, ankle/foot, post-surgical rehab, Concussion Management, and sport injury rehab.

Nicole is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and McMaster University. Nicole has furthered her education by completing Manual Therapy Levels 1-5, Pelvic Health Levels 1-4, and other courses related to incontinence, perineal pain, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy, bowel dysfunction and low back/pelvic girdle pain. She has become EPA’s clinical leader in our Pelvic Health Program. Her treatment techniques include the use of Manual Therapy, Specialized Exercise, and Soft Tissue Release. Her clinical interests include low back, hip, women’s health, chronic pain, and pelvic health.

Janet specialises in Pelvic Health having taken Pelvic Health courses for incontinence, pregnancy and pelvic pain as well as anorectal disorders. She has a clinical interest in treating lower back, and surgical rehabilitation. Janet did a intern placement in New Zealand, she loves to workout, run and play soccer. PLEASE NOTE Janet has now moved full time to our newest location Guelph Women’s Health Assoc.

Michelle carries a mixed patient caseload and brings 10 years of orthopaedic experience. Michelle has taken post graduate courses in pelvic health and manual therapy techniques. She continues to progress her orthopaedic skills by doing the advanced manual therapy courses. Her clinical interests lie in back, shoulder, surgical rehabilitation and male/female pelvic floor dysfunction.

Jordan is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University and McMaster University. Jordan has furthered his education by completing Level 1 of the Manual Therapy curriculum and attaining a certification in Soft Tissue Release. Jordan is eager to add to his existing skill set by pursuing additional courses in Concussion Management, Advanced Manual Therapy, and Acupuncture. His current treatment approach combines the use of Manual Therapy, Soft Tissue Release, Specialized Exercise, Education, and Therapeutic Modalities to help achieve patients’ goals. Jordan’s clinical interests include all neuromusculoskeletal injuries and sport injury rehab, and his personal interests include hockey, golf, tennis, soccer, and fitness.

Mike is a graduate of the University of Guelph in Human Kinetics. Mike has over 13 years of experience as a kinesiologist with Eramosa Physiotherapy. He is furthered his education with training in soft tissue release, advanced taping, therapeutic exercise progressions, and Bonefit certification. His clinical interests lie in shoulder, low back, knee, and neck rehabilitation as well as postural realignment and education. Mike also helps run our Fit To Move program and works to keep clients positive throughout the rehabilitation process. He also runs our osteoporosis exercise classes at EPA – class participants rave about his enthusiasm.

Mairin offers Massage Therapy at the Bullfrog clinic. Mairin is a graduate from the University of Guelph and the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She is skilled at Traditional Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy & Deep Tissue Massage. Mairin has additional training in Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage and Pregnancy Massage (Trimesters). Her clinical interests include chronic pain, injury rehabilitation and massage for mental health.

Matthew is a recent graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Mohawk College and is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Matthew uses Swedish massage techniques as well as advanced techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy and muscle energy techniques to assist his clients in restoring health and function. Matthew has hours in Guelph on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
