Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates Georgetown is located in Halton Hills at the corner of Mountainview Road South and Argyll Road; it has been in operation since 2005. The clinic offers early morning and late evening appointments and has a Health & Wellness Store that sells hot/cold packs, braces, and tape. Our highly skilled physiotherapists are trained in a variety of treatment techniques that include manual therapy, acupuncture, exercise management, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic health, concussion management, and soft tissue release. In addition to physiotherapy, we employ massage therapists that have received formal training in Swedish massage and fascial release techniques. We also offer the latest in therapeutic modalities including ultrasound, interferential current, TENS, muscle stimulation, and electro-acupuncture.
Meryl Da Costa
BSc (PT), BHSc (Kin), Registered Physiotherapist, Clinic Manager
Meryl is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and McMaster University. Meryl has furthered her education by completing a variety of Manual Therapy courses (Levels 1 – 3), Vestibular Rehabilitation, AFCI Acupuncture, Sports Taping, Pelvic Health Courses ( Levels 1 – 50, The Diane Lee Integrated Systems Model ( cranium, Cervical and Thoracic Spine and the Lumbo-Pelvic-Hip). Her treatment techniques include the use of Manual Therapy, Soft Tissue Release Techniques and Specialized Exercise prescription to help her patients return to their activities. Her clinical interests include, men and women’s health, and pelvic health ,sport injury rehab Concussion Management and shoulder, neck, back, and S I Joint Rehabilitation. In addition to treating clients and managing both in Acton and Georgetown locations, she also mentors physiotherapy students and new physiotherapists that join EPA the team.
BSc (PT), Registered Physiotherapist
Zenil is a graduate of S.P. University from India. Zenil has furthered his education by completing Manual Therapy Level 1 & 2, Dry Needling, and Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University. He is currently pursuing his Manual Therapy courses and working towards a Diploma of Advanced Manual Therapy. His treatment techniques include the use of Manual Therapy, Specialized Exercise, and Acupuncture. His clinical interests include shoulder, low back, post-surgical rehab, and sport injury rehab.
BSc (PT), Physiotherapy Resident
Sarah graduated from brock University with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Queen’s University with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy. Sarah has furthered her education by completing Soft Tissue Release and K-Taping Pro Therapist courses. Sarah is interested in pelvic health physiotherapy, Manual Therapy and acupuncture. She will soon be completing her Level 1: Male and Female Incontinence and Manual Therapy Level 1 courses. Her treatment techniques include manual therapy, specialized exercise, soft tissue release and kinesio taping. Her clinical interests include shoulder, low back, neck, hip, knee, pelvic pain and dysfunction and sport injury rehab.
BAHSc, CAT(C), Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
Krystin is a graduate of Sheridan College’s Athletic Therapy Program and the Ontario College of Health and Technologies Massage Therapy Program. In addition to Massage Therapy, Krystin uses Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, Cupping, and the use of Electrical Modalities. Krystin is back from maternity leave and is available for appointments on Wednesday’s
Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
Denise is a graduate of CCMH (Canadian College of Massage & Hyrdrotherapy) Cambridge . She is a native of Georgetown and is excited to give back to the community and surrounding area. Denise looks forward to furthering her career at Eramosa Physiotherapy. Denise is available for appointments on Wednesday, and Thursday.
