Eramosa Physiotherapy Elora is located at the corner of Wellington County Road 21 and Wellington County Road 7 beside Grand River Raceway. We have been at our newest location since 2009. The clinic boasts a bright, spacious, open concept main treatment and exercise area as well as four private treatment rooms. Our therapists are skilled in a variety of treatment techniques including manual therapy, acupuncture, soft tissue release, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic health, and concussion management. We work with massage therapy on site to allow both health professionals to collaborate and provide the best possible patient care. We also offer the latest in therapeutic modalities including ultrasound, interferential current, TENS, muscle stimulation, electro-acupuncture, and mechanical traction. Our gym is spacious and equipped with the latest equipment including a treadmill, exercise bike, various resistance equipment, physio balls, foam rolls, and a TRX. In addition to offering physiotherapy and massage therapy, the Elora location has a convenient Health & Wellness Store. We have a variety of braces, tape, foam rolls, hot/cold packs, and exercise equipment available for purchase. We offer early morning and extended evening hours Monday-Friday to accommodate with busy schedules.
Jacqueline Sinkeldam, MClSc, BHSc (PT), BSc Hon (HK), FCAMT, CAFCI, Registered Physiotherapist, Senior Partner
Jackie is a graduate of the University of Guelph and McMaster University. She is a founding partner of Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates in May 1997. She has successfully completed her Intermediate Manual Therapy and Advanced Manual Therapy Exam (FCAMPT). In addition, Jackie has furthered her education by completing her Certificate of Acupuncture Foundation of Canada (CAFCI), Concussion Management, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and is known as a local Pelvic Health Care Leader. She is a clinical instructor for McMaster University and continues to be involved with ongoing research projects through both McMaster and the University of Guelph. Her treatment techniques include the use of Manual Therapy, Specialized Exercise, Soft Tissue Release and Acupuncture. Her clinical interests include shoulder, low back, knee, women’s health, concussion management, pelvic health, and vestibular rehabilitation.
Meredith Fairbairn, BSc Hon (Kin), MScPT, Clinical Director, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist TPI certified, Registered Physiotherapist
Meredith is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University, where she competed as an NCAA Division 1 golfer, and the University of Toronto. She has furthered her clinical skills by completing her Manual Therapy Level 1, 2 and 3, Sport Physiotherapy & Neuromuscular Proprioceptive Taping, Soft Tissue Release, Kinetacore Functional Dry Needling Level 1, and Acupuncture Level 1 and her Golf Fitness Specialist certification. Meredith has also completed various course in Pelvic Health including Levels 1 and 2, Spinal Manual Therapy and the Pelvic Floor, Pelvic Girdle Pain, and Pregnancy and the Pelvic Floor. Her treatment techniques include the use of Manual Therapy, Specialized Exercise, Soft Tissue Release and Acupuncture . Her clinical interests include musculoskeletal, pelvic health and neurological rehabilitation. Sport Physiotherapy – Golf, Meredith holds a certification through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and performs golf assessments for injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Rachel Martin, MSc (PT), BSc Hon (Kin), Registered Physiotherapist
Rachel is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University and the University of Toronto. Rachel has furthered her education by completing her Manual Therapy Levels 1-3, and has successfully completed her Intermediate Manual Therapy and Manipulative Exam. She has also completed courses in Sport Physiotherapy Taping, Concussion Management, Vestibular Rehabilitation and AFCI Acupuncture Level 1. Certified Body Harmonics Mat Pilates Instructor, Reformer Instructor Training in progress. Her treatment techniques include the use of Manual Therapy, Specialized Exercise, Soft Tissue Release and Acupuncture. Her clinical interests include shoulder, low back, neck, and concussion management and golf related injuries.
Derrick Owen, MPT, BSc Hon, (HK) Registered Physiotherapist
Derrick began his studies by completing his Bachelor of Science Human kinetics degree at the University of Guelph in 2013, and then went on to complete his Masters of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Saskatchewan in 2016. Derrick has furthered his education by completing his Manual Therapy Levels 1,2 and 3. He has also completed training at Emory University and holds a certificate in Vestibular Rehabilitation from the APTA. Derrick looks forward to pursuing additional courses in Advanced Manual Therapy, Specialized Exercise, Sports Therapy. His treatment techniques include the use of Manual Therapy, Specialised Exercise, Soft Tissue Release and Patient Education. His clinical interests include musculoskeletal disorders and injuries, and sports injury prevention and rehabilitation. .
Yuki Fukushima, MPT, BSc Hon, (HK) Registered Physiotherapist
Yuki graduated from McMaster University (Kinesiology), and McMaster University (Physiotherapy) She has also completed her courses with Pelvic Health Solutions Level 1, 2, 3: Incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain,
pregnancy. She has completed Level 1 Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy, K-taping Pro Canada. Her unique clinical areas of interest include Women’s health/pelvic health, Sports physiotherapy. Yuki is currently working with the Fergus Highland Rugby Club to provide on-field care. She was a strength and conditioning coach for the McMaster varsity football team – assisting with program development and training, she played on McMaster women’s rugby team throughout undergrad degree. Her clinical Interests include Orthopaedics focus: knee, shoulder, Pelvic Health: Pregnancy, incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, Sport Physiotherapy – injury prevention, rehab, and exercise prescription. A fun fact about Yuki, she is bilingual – in English and Japanese, loves hiking and exploring, and really good at getting lost
Valerie Wallace, MSc (PT), BSc (Bio Med) Registered Physiotherapist
Valerie graduated from: University of Guelph for BSc (Bio-med), Queen’s University (MScPT), she has completed her Level 1 Manual Therapy – will be pursuing further Orthopedic Manual Therapy Levels, Acupuncture, recently completed Lyn Watson level 1 shoulder course. Her unique clinical areas of interest include neck, shoulder, knee, ankle. She is looking forward to taking the Pelvic health course in fall 2019. Valerie grew up on a farm in Elora, horseback riding was sport of choice growing up

I graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BA in Psychology and Sociology and earned my Human Resources Management certificate from George Brown College.

Tanya Rempel, Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
Tanya is a graduate from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, and has attained her certification in Massage Therapy from the College of Massage Therapy Ontario. She is trained in traditional Swedish massage as well as Trigger Point Therapy and Remedial Exercise. Tanya has acquired a certificate in Sport Massage Therapy and Hot Stone Massage. Tanya lives in Centre Wellington with her husband and is a busy mother of 4 children all involved in competitive sports. Tanya has hours in Elora on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday.
Anna Kingma, Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
Anna is a graduate from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, and has attained her certification in Massage Therapy from the College of Massage Therapy Ontario. Prior to certifying as an RMT, she earned a BA (English) from McMaster University, and an Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy Assistant Diploma from Conestoga College. Anna enjoys working with a wide variety of clients, from athletes to geriatric populations. In her free time, she enjoys playing several recreational sports and teaching local fitness classes. Anna is a resident of Centre Wellington and is available Monday Wednesday and Friday

Stephanie is our Elora office manager. She moved to Elora from Northern Ireland. Stephanie can be found at the Elora office and is your contact person for any marketing, sponsorship questions or billing/office questions relating to Elora.
