Located in Halton Hills, Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates Acton opened its doors in 2001. In addition to our large open treatment and exercise area, the clinic also boasts 2 private treatment rooms, a separate massage room, and a Health & Wellness Store to care for all your bracing and rehabilitation needs. Our Physiotherapists have been trained in a variety of treatment techniques including manual therapy, acupuncture, soft tissue release, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic health and concussion management. We offer the latest in therapeutic modalities including ultrasound, interferential current, TENS, muscle stimulation, and electro-acupuncture. In addition, we employ massage therapists that offer Swedish, myofascial and reflexogy. We offer early morning and extended evening hours Monday-Friday to accommodate with busy schedules.
Meryl Da Costa, BSc (PT), BHSc (Kin), Registered Physiotherapist, Clinic Manager
Meryl is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and McMaster. Meryl has furthered her education by completing a variety of Manual Therapy courses (Levels 1 – 3), Vestibular Rehabilitation, AFCI Acupuncture, Sports Taping, Pelvic Health Courses (Level 1-5), The Diane Lee Integrated Systems Model (Cranium, Cervical and Thoracic Spine and Lumbo -Pelvic – Hip) Her treatment techniques include the use of Manual Therapy, Soft Tissue Release Techniques and Specialized Exercise, to help return her clients back to their activities. Her clinical interests include men and women’s health, pelvic health, Concussion Management, shoulder, neck and vestibular rehabilitation sport injury rehab and SI Joint Rehabilitation. In addition to treating clients and managing both Acton and Georgetown locations she also mentors physiotherapy students and new physiotherapists that join the EPA team.
Nicole Evans, Registered Physiotherapist
Nicole is a graduate of Western University Master of Physical Therapy program. Prior to this, Nicole completed a Bachelor of Human Kinetics – Movement Science at University of Windsor. Nicole has furthered her education by completing courses with training in both concussion and vestibular rehabilitation. Nicole’s treatment techniques are geared towards the presenting condition and include manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and specialized exercise prescription. Further treatment techniques include concussion, vertigo and dizziness management. Nicole looks forward to advancing her current knowledge through continuous education. You can find Nicole in our Acton location Monday through Friday.
Lori Trichilo, RMT, Dip SIT, Personal Trainer
Lori is a graduate of Canadian Therapeutic College, completing a dual diploma in Massage Therapy and Sports Injury Therapy. Lori uses Swedish massage techniques and offers deep tissue treatments. She also has over 15 years of Personal Training experience. She looks forward to helping you with your therapeutic needs.
