Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates has been a leader in orthopaedicPhysiotherapy over the last 15 years. 
EPA boasts a roster of advanced trained physiotherapists.
We have worked collaboratively with our loyal family doctors, orthopaedic surgeons, sports physicians and allied health professionals to provide the most evidence based care available.

alt Jacqueline Sinkeldam, B.H.Sc.(P.T.), Hons.B.Sc.(H.K.), FCAMT, Partner
A graduate of the University of Guelph and McMaster University, Jacqueline is proficient in Manual and Manipulative Therapy, Acupuncture, Shoulder Pain management, Pelvic Health management, Knee Pain management and Concussion Management. She enjoys research and development of evidence based physiotherapy programs, including shoulder, low back, knee and surgical management of patients. She is an active community speaker, promoting the role of physiotherapy in the management of pain and injuries, as well as prevention and performance. Her clinical interests include shoulder, low back and complex/surgical patients, pelvic health (incontinence and development of preventative youth programs), sport injuries and industrial medicine programs.
 
   
 alt Mike Laidley BSc Hon (Kin) MSc (PT) Certified ART Provider Registered Physiotherapist
Mike is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and Queens University, Mike is proficient in Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy (Level 2) and is a certified ART provider. His clinical interests include sports rehabilitation, fitness, concussion management, and injury prevention. Growing up in Guelph, Mike played AAA and Jr B Hockey for his hometown.  While at the University of Western Ontario, he was a student Athletic Therapist for the Mens Varsity Ice Hockey team. He previously worked as a Kinesiologist with EPA in Guelph and Elora demonstrating strong exercise prescription and implementation of both the KLIPP and GRIPP programs.  Mike is currently pursuing further post-grad education in Manual Therapy and is currently enrolled in McMaster's contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program in the fall of 2013.
  Justin Brooks, MSc (PT), Hons BSc (Kin), CSCS Certified ART Provider Registered Physiotherapist
A graduate of the university of Waterloo and Queen's University,Justin is proficient in Acupuncture (AFCI Level 1) and is a Ceritified ART provider. His clinical interests include sports rehabilitation, performance training, movement screening, and injury prevention.  Justin is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and Precision Nutrition Certified (Level 1). As Depth Training's Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, Justin is experienced in performance training with clients of all ages and skill levels, including youth and professional athletes. Justin previously worked at the Health & Performance Centre at the University of Guelph and is currently pursuing further post-grad education in Manual Therapy.
   

Unique Programs

 
The Zone Training facility includes a real 110’ x 50’ ice pad along with skating treadmill & synthetic ice snipe pad. Depth Training has a 2500 square foot turf field along with a fully equipped weight room and studio. Both Eramosa & Depth Training are located on the 2nd floor within the Zone Training facility.
 
Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates have been providing excellence in physiotherapy for the last 15 years through our unique process, Your Path to Improved Health.  Our physiotherapy treatment uses the most up-to-date research supporting physiotherapy to empower our clients to understand their treatment, whilst providing a professional environment to remedy their concerns in a realistic timeframe.
 
Through our collaboration with both The Zone Training and Depth Training, we can take our athletes further to a higher performance level.  For hockey players this may involve physiotherapy sessions on the ice or skating treadmill.
 
For other higher end athletes, like soccer and lacrosse players, our physiotherapy service collaborates with Depth Training, giving each athlete a unique exposure to higher end sport specific performance rehabilitation, using the facilities AstroTurf and equipment.
